What Causes Twitching Sensation All Over The Body?

I've been having frequent twitching throughout my entire body. Places on my body twitch, that I didn't know could. My lip, toungue, cheeks, fingers, and toes. My fingers twitch so bad I drop my cell phone. And my toes go so frequently at night it makes me hard to go to sleep. I'm not sure what's going on or if it's anything to concern a doctor with. I've had recent heart issues, palpatations, chest pain and heart burn. All talked to with a cardiologist, and she said it was seemingly inconclusive after I wore a heart monitor for a month. I also have high cholesterol and I'm only 19. Along with 2 blood disorders.
