Understanding your concern. As per your query you have twitching sensation in hands while on Oxycodone . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like like neuropathy , vitamin B 12 dificiency and diabetes . But in your case the symptoms are probably occurring due to side effects of oxycodon . I would suggest you to consult your doctor for proper evaluation . Doctor may alter the dose or prescribe substitute .
