What Causes Twitching Sensation In The Feet?

O.K.; My feet twitch, that is the front of of my feet want to move upwards at night when I am about to go to sleep. This type of movement happens every few seconds. It is very frustrating. The problem started out with a tingling type feeling (similar to the feeling when the blood is reduced and the hand or foot goes to sleep). My doctor put me on gabapetin 600 mg. The tingling feeling issue has been resolved. Now, the issue of my feet twitching every few seconds is driving me crazy. I am not having muscle cramps. Could this be an issue with my tendons? Give me your best shot.

Could it be restless leg syndrome ? how much is your hemoglobin as low levels can cause this . To the Gabapentin you can add a vitamin B12 and iron supplements for a month.
