What Causes Twitching Sensation On Lips?

Hi, Doc, I am 33 years old,married and have 7 months old baby. I had a C-section. I am facing some twitching sensation near my right mouth (lip) area. I have been facing this in recent 2-3 days. I am medically fit. During my pregnancy and Post delivery, I had ingested collacium D3 and Orofer XT and I completely stopped it after 5 months post delivery. I am having little stress related exam and additionally, I have a responsibility to take care of my little one.Hence, help me out with the solution and advise me if I need to undergo any possible investigation in thi regards.Thanks a lot in advance.
