Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of twitching sensation on the left side of the face which seems to be due to Bell's palsy which is a disorder related to facial nerve that is seventh cranial nerve and is the nerve of face. You should take multivitamin supplements rich in vitamin B12 and go for physiotherapy and electrical stimulation as these are the treatment modalities that work best. You can expect the normal sensations to be back in little more than a month. You can also massage the paralyzed area that that has shown good results. I would also like to advise you to go for MRI and CT Scans so that we can rule out any abnormality or lesion that may be compressing on the facial nerve causing tightening sensation. If symptoms doesn't go away then consult neurologist.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
