What Causes Two Cervical And Thoracic Herniated Discs?

I have two cervical herniated discs, two thoracic herniated discs, and a lower herniated disc pressing on nerve with several more bulging discs in each area. My legs are hurting more and more. I am so out of breath from a little walking. This started after 2 car accidents in 2004 with someone hitting me 2 months apart. Got worse this Jan. when someone ran into me.
