What Causes Two Hard Lumps On Head With Dizziness?

I have 2 hard lumps on the left side of my head. 1 is slightly behind my ear and the other is towards the base of my skull. I can t move them around. when I push on them I get this dizzy, foggy headed feeling. The one behind my ear appeared first about 2 months ago and the second appeared about 3 weeks ago. What are these?

I really appreciate your concern, such swelling could be lymph nodes and this is nothing to worry till is not due to some infection and this will be disappear soon, no need to pay any attention if this are silent one and have not any symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
