What Causes Two Holes On Top Of The Ear?
Hi Dr. thanks for Ans. this Quest. All my life i've had 2-two holes right @ the top of my ears; though for the most part inconspicuous it is not easy is to explain to inquiring minds. I have no real understanding of it, yet my children were born w/ the very same ear dimbles. And actually one of them has none; one has two and a grandchild has them. What's this thing called? Why does this happen? And what's even more weird, I've seen, @least on two occassions, these very same ear dimples were on people TOTALLY unrelated to me! Please can u give me a layman's explaination of this anatomic. anomaly

this a developmental anatomical disorder. not so commonly genetically transmitted.. if asymptomatic just ignore them
