What Causes Two Menstrual Cycles Within A Month?
I am 30. I had my regular period. 10 days later my breasts started hurting feeling heavy. I started bleeding again 2 days later (12 days after my period). Today is the 3rd day and i passed 2 blood clots within an hour thay were the size of large marbles. I have been feeling nauseas and tired and like my body weighs a ton for about a week now. My tubes are tied.

In my opinion you should consult doctor and get yourself examined as you are having excess bleeding.
Even though your tubes are tied you need to undergo urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
It is rare possibility that you will be pregnant.
The reason for above complaints may be change in hormonal levels.
