What Causes Two Periods Close Together After Taking Postinor 2?

Hi, i'm 24yrs, 4.3", weigh 48.5. My genotype AA,blood group A+. I used postinor 2 3hrs after intercourse. A week after I had a normal flow for 5days. 2weeks after that I had another flow for 5days. Why is that? Also can pregnancy still occur after that?
