What Causes Two Spots On The Eye?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have two spots one on each eye lid that are discolored (light/white). I think it looks like marks a rottweiler should have. They are not dry, raised or cause any problems but came from no where and haven't gone away. What could this be?

spots may be pigmented, melanoma or just scars. if nocange in size shape, then why worry. just keep watch on their shape size.
