What Causes Unbalanced Feeling And Sensitivity In Ear?

Hi Doc I ve had Grommets fitted in my left ear for drainage yesterday. But I m still tierd and stressed if it s going to work. I still have a unbalanced feeling which is why I wanted them fitted and I had fluid in the middle ear which is why the ENT wanted them fitted. He also wanted to do my nose because apparently my Sinus But my right ear feels sensitive to sound now. Will this get better should I get more test done ? My GP thinks I might have mineres. But no proper test have been done. This unbalanced feeling keeps me in bed most of the day.

Hello,
welcome to healthcare magic
first thing you need to do is pure tone audiometry. That will clear whether it is meniere's.
All other symptoms are present in both except vertigo which is seen in meniere
if you are having middle ear fluid, grommets are a good option. need not worry about that. They will come out itself
