What Causes Unbearable Wrist Pain?

I too have unbearable wrist pain. I can't sleep because of this deep aching pain in my right wrist that just won't stop. The thing is, I haven't done anything to over work my wrist. I did get a pretty bad sunburn today, but could that be causing the wrist pain?
