What Causes Uncomfortable Epigastric Region During 28 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 28 weeks pregnant with discomfort in my epigastric region accompanied with chills and a bit of nausea. Drank water, juice, ate saltine crackers and even had a bowel movement but the pain persists. If I lightly press on the area the discomfort fades a little but not completely. Should I be worried?

Hi...your complaint is due to physiological changes related to pregnancy... So don't worry... You can take antacid syrup two times a day for same complaint..
