What Causes Uncomfortable Feeling In The Lower Abdomen?

I am a 25 year old female. I have an odd feeling in my lower right abdomen. It feels like something extra out of place or a bible is stuck inside and it has been a few days now. It started out only when I move and now is even there when I am still. What could it be its not so much painful as it is uncomfortable?

This is vague feeling and may not be due to any disease but this could be because of some functional problems, and most common would be scared to something, guilty feel, loss of confidence, try to be positive, practical face the reality, this is not the disease, hope this information helps, take care.
