What Causes Unconsciousness?

My wife fell down unconsciously.she can realise that she is going to fell down.we consulted several doctors but they failed to find out the reason.now she is 24years old.she is suffering this unconsciousness from the age of 10.mostly she feel it while travelling.please help us
