What Causes Uncontrollable Blood Sugar Inspite Of Taking Medicines?

Hi, im leera,33years old,weigt=68kg,height=149cm,im diadetic for 1 year and hypertensive for same duration,i take losartan potassium 25mg per day and metformin 1000 mgper day from last 6 month,now a days my blood glucose become uncontrolled inspite of taking medication,what can i do now?

Hello,
With passage of time every diabetic tends to loos the efficacy to control blood sugar levels because beta cells tend to get destroyed slowly.These beta cells are responsible for production of insulin.
There is nothing to worry for you as various types of oral anti diabetics are available and a judicious use of their combination would result in control of your diabetes.Slong wit these observe proper dietary control and do regular aerobic exercises for at least 45 minutes a day.
Consult a doctor for proper prescription of medicines.
