What Causes Uncontrollable Jerking Of Body While On Antidepressants?

Hello, my name is Cody, and I am almost 20 years old. At 16 I was diagnosed with depression; however, 3 antidepressants later left me feeling high within a day of starting them. Eventually, I was started on Lithium for bipolar disorder. I have been off my medicine for several months, and I have recently experienced some of the worst depressed episodes ever along with self harm. However, a week ago I automatically knew I was hypomanic with extreme energy. It felt great until a few nights ago my mom found me staring into space and my body uncontrollably jerking repetitively. I cannot remember much except seeing shadows moving and talking to someone in my cupboard. I did eventually sleep for a couple of hours, but I woke up with 2 s drawn all over my hands. I was just wondering what your opinion is on this most recent experience.
