What Causes Uncontrollable Shaking Of Fingers After Surgery?

hi my question is : after having hand surgery in May the pinky and ring finger shake uncontrollably ut not always they get tight like a pulling feeling when making a fist. the therapist says might b something with the nerve near the elbow as she pinged it I went down asked the doctor he sas its something with my brain...like parkinsons......what would be r thought surgery was 9months after the accident 3 bones removed from wrist 2 ligaments and a tendon repaired and carpel surgery
