What Causes Uncontrolled Eye Movements?

Hello....My 24 year-old son has what looks like uncontrolled eye rolling. He has been having this for about three years. It basically started his senior year of college. His eyes seem to roll more when he is stressed. What type of doctor should he see for this problem?

it appears to be nystigmus, aneurological problem. you may cosult a neurologist for examination. neurological examination refraction, fundus examination muscle function is tobe tested.
