What Causes Uncontrolled Shivering And Difficulty In Walking?

I experienced uncontrolled shivering, teeth chattering and trouble walking due to unbalance at the same time. Also, my arms shook when I reached for things. This lasted for about six hours during the night, and the balance issues all the next day. What's up?

1. As the symptoms are mixed thus check with a Medicine specialist to exclude possibilities like:

- low blood sugar
- low blood pressure
- dehydration
- low thyroid level [hypothyroidism]
- Acute Stress reaction
- Deficiency of Vitamin B12

2. Also get an Opinion from a Neurologist who might ask for CT-head to exclude possibilities like Parkinsonism, Alzheimer's Disease

3. Till you get an appointment, make sure:

- to get a good night sleep
- make sure to eat regularly and avoid skipping meal
- take vitamin B complex to boost overall energy
- Avoid alcohol
