What Causes Underarm Pain After Drinking Alcohol?

Im a 27 yr old female. I get pain in my left underarm when I drink alcohol. I had this pain quite severe when I was aged 17-21. It then disappeared. Years later I experienced night sweats (just for a few weeks), the internet mentioned Hodgkins as a cause for night sweats, and the alcohol lymph pain was listed as a classic sign on many sites. I had a scan which revealed no tumours although my white cell count is almost always high on blood tests. Now the underam/alcohol pain has returned alongside a severe flare up of psoriasis after not having psoriasis for a few years...what couod cause this underarm pain when I drink alcohol?
