What Causes Uneasiness And Headache Before I Sit For An Exam?

I am kjnlkDas from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I am 20 years old. Whatever I read, at first I make it understand and can make understand another successfully. But now-a-days I am facing a problem with my exam. Whenever I go to the exam hall, it seems that everything is unknown to me. Then I feel very uneasy and fell bad-headache. What can I do?

If you did not have a systemic illnesses,It would be a psychological problem. So, you need to relax ,avoid too much caffeine and avoid smoking and drinking. Moreover,the healthy diet and drinking enough amount of water can help you,besides avoiding fat-rich diet and excess salt intake.
