Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.
I understand your concern. If you find it difficult after meals something to try is to take frequent small amount of meals during the day, so instead of having 3 meals have 5-6 small ones. If you are smoking, quitting it might be helpful, avoid coffee and alcohol- all these irritate the stomach by increasing the acid amount. Try to avoid junk food like picca or fast food. Avoid grassy food and very spicy ones also. Something that might help might be medications that reduce acid in the stomach like ranitidine or omeprazole. If no help with these measures than we need to consider the diagnosis of bulimia and/ or anxiety and than you will need to have a visit with a doctor to have a clear diagnosis and have the appropriate treatment.
Hope this is helpful and answers to your question
