General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The unequal positioning of eyes is due to the weakness of muscles controlling eyeball movements. This can be due to a problem at the muscular level, local nerve supplying the part, spinal level or brain. The exact site & cause of the problem needs to be found followed by specific treatment (specific spectacles/physiotherapy/surgery). Please consult an ophthalmologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
