What Causes Uneven Testicles?

dear sir. i am 22 years old, i am often doing mastrubation, i am for 7 years. now a days doing many times. yesterday i did 2 times. in the past one week i have done 5 times. below my pennis the bag is not stiff now. is it problem. in the peniss pas one side is hanging up and the other is in down. is it any problem

Thanks for your query.
Noted your finding of uneven height or hanging of the testicles.
It is common that the left testis is usually at a bit of lower than the right. This is absolutely natural and nothing to worry.
But at the same time some causes have to be ruled out like Varicocele in which the veins get enlarged thereby relaxing the scrotal skin and causing the testicle to appear at a lower level.
I would advise you to get an ultrasonography and color doppler examination of the scrotum and if varicocele is present, get operated .
