What Causes Unexplained Bleeding After Delayed Menstruation?

Hi, im 15 and ive missed my period for about half a year now; i think its probably because im working so much, or its stress. Anyways, im noticing small amounts of blood in my underwear as of yesterday. What does this mean? I have no pain anywhere, and i know for sure im not on my period or pregnant.

Probably you are right that missed periods may be due to stress of any type and may be due to heavy work load or may be due to exams or family issues or may be due to your relationship.

That small amount of blood is called spotting which may occur due to many reasons like irregular periods, infections like pelvic inflammatory diseases, medicines like oral contraceptive pills, sexual abuses or may be due to physiologically normal or due to masturbation.

So please consult your gynecologist soon and rule out any serious pathological condition.
