What Causes Unexplained Weight Loss And Stiff Neck?

Unexplained weight loss with no other symptoms, except stiff neck due to poor sleeping posture.. Healthy 54 female, plays golf twice a week, walking. Was diagnosed with two thyroid nodules since 1996. The biggest nodule suddenly grew to 1.06 cm in 8 months, from .07 cm. taking let rosin 100mcm once a day. Why I am losing weight? I lost 2 pounds in two weeks, without trying, with big appetite. Now I eat more.
