Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Recently, for the last two weeks, I ve been afraid of having an unruptured brain aneurysm. My vision has been fine and so has my balance. My pupils are not dilated. However, I have been having mild pressure and headaches here and there in my head and right now, I have on my right side, including my right eye. How can I be assured that this is just panic/anxiety and stress and not an aneurysm?

What Causes Unilateral Headaches?
Hi, Your pain could be anxiety induced or a migraine headache. You can be prescribed Naproxen or Ibuprofen like a non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug. In the case of an aneurysm, pain is severe and associated hypertension might be present. Your symptoms don t suggestive of aneurysm pain. But still after examination, if suspected than MRI scan be done. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
