General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
The pain you describe could be due to osteorthritis/arthritis or an ionic inbalance like low calcium.
I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and tests.Test that may help identify the cause of your problem may include: ESR, Rheumatoid factor, ASLO, calcemia, magnesemia and if need be, x ray images of knee and ankle
In the meantime, you may
-take an antiinflammatory pain drug like aceclofenac
-a myorelaxant like miorel
-eat well and healthy
-regular physical exercises
-Regular massage
Hope this will help
Wish you good health
