What Causes Unilateral Pain In The Neck, Ear And Head While Having Sinusitis?

The left side of my neck hurts as well as my left ear and that side of my head and the top of my teeth are achy. Went last week to the.PA and was told sinusitis. Gave me a steroid shot and Cefdinir. Felt better for a few days, but the medicine caused diarrhea so had to stop taking it. Could this be from a neck strain going into my face and teeth or could it be a tooth problem radiating to my ear and neck?

As per your history if you have sinusitis you take a higher antibiotics like pancef oral 200 mg twice a day up to 7 days add lactobacillus 3 times add metronidazole 400 mg two times it is enough for any sinusitis infection no need of steroid at all.
Investigation-:
Blood DC
