What Causes Unilateral Pain In The Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist And Ankle?

I have been experiencing pains in my neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, elbow, wrist, ankle and below my foot, all on my right side. It s usually with a pain in my head but I would not describe it as a headache. I am using heat in the neck/shoulder area. What could be the cause and should I seek medical care ASAP?

Hi,

Yes, you should definitely consult a doctor first.

Get done blood pressure monitoring, MRI brain and X-ray of the cervical spine. If all these are normal then no need to worry much. Sometimes migraine can also cause similar kind of pain.

To get over these problems, drink plenty of fluids orally, avoid excessive sun exposure, take Propranolol and Flunarizine combination, avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
