What Causes Unilateral Swelling In The Testicle?

yesterday my right testical was swollen twice the size of my left i iced it down and got a jock to support it today after work i cam home and eat and all oh a sudden my fingers on both hands started tingling like there was no circulation i now have a fever of 101 im 55 and thought i was in aright shape. I just started work and I have no way to pay at this time

The unilateral swelling over testicle with fever and shivering indicates orchitis (inflammation of the testicle from various reasons).

It is recommended to consult your doctor immediately and get prescription of antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs to cover it faster.
