What Causes Unresolved Extreme Lower Abdominal Pain?

hello i am 65 years old and went to hospital the other day i had extreme lower abdominal pain test results were ok they did not find anything wrong i dont understand this because i still have this extreme lower abdominal pain not going away pain very dull and all i want to do is sleep to make this pain go away

Hi.You have to tell details about associated symptoms related to nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension , constipation , obstipation , fever and any other symptoms.
Simply telling lower abdominal pain and want to sleep is not a sufficient symptoms to guess anything.
Yet to assist you: the most probable reason can be enteritis, as you have refrained about other symptoms.
