What Causes Unsteadiness, Ringing In Ear And Daytime Fatigue?

I am 43 year old male. My symptoms are unsteadiness, ringing in the ear, loss of appetite, tingly head to headache and daytime fatigue. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and my heart pausing during sleep. No sleep study has been done yet. I went to emergency room this morning and my heart is perfect. The unsteadiness is unknown causes. I am a smoker and symptoms seem worse after I smoke. I am a pack at day smoker. I do have hypertension that is controlled with medication that I have been taking for over 6 months. Any reason for the symptoms?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion, your smoking causing negative pressure in eusthacian
tube ( tube connecting middle at ear and nose) block leading to dizziness.

needs Ent consultation to know the cause. kindly evaluate.

all the best, take care.
