What Causes Unusual Bruising On Forearms After Taking Hydrocodone?

I am taking hydrocodone for chronic back pain. I have had four surgeries. Over the last few months I have noticed that my forearms are susceptible bruising and the skin can tear very easily if I brush up against something. Can this be caused by the hydrocodone. Thank you for your assistance.

welcome to HCM,
well, there should be no reason for brusies on fire arms on this medication. However, a change in medication preparation can precipitate allergy, therefore I would suggest to reconsult the doctor. An opinion of dermatologist can be sought.
