What Causes Unusual Discharge With Burning Sensation Outside Vagina?

about wednesday last week i started to get an unusual discharge (very minimal and sporadic) and my outer vaginal lips/vulvar region started burning/itching. This has gotten progressively worse, the discharge has disappeared but I am having a little bit of bloody discharge. The whole external vagina is sore and raw and there's areas of irritation that look like possible lesions. My external vagina is now a reddish/purple in color and very swollen. What is going on with my body?
