Hi I was wondering do I need to go to the Dr. I had a weird experience last night my chest felt like a fish out of water in my chest were my heart is :( today my chest is tender I m under no stress I was rested I was only laying in bed should I see a Dr.?

This could be anxiety or related to the gastric system (most probably hyper acidity if related to the gastric system) causing the episode of breathlessness in a supine position.
