What Causes Unusual Dizziness And Stomach Discomfort?
i was sitting on my bed and i randomly got really dizzy and not nauseous but a very unsettle feeling in my stomach and i got up and stumbled and i got really hot and i had to lay down and its now to starting to go away. i know im not pregnanto havent dont anything in almost 2 months so what else could it be? blood sugar?

The symptoms can be related to an episode of hypoglycemia. I suggest to check the blood pressure and glycemic levels for further evaluation. Meanwhile,I suggest to eat small meals frequently during the day.
