What Causes Unusual Fatigue, Unsteadiness On The Feet, And Occasional Pins And Needles In The Feet Of A Toddler?

My 3 year old has been fatigued for the last week or so. She almost fell asleep at the table eating dinner (3:30pm) today and also nursery has said that she was a little unstable at times on her feet. She’s sleeping normally on a night and no nap in the day. However she will complain of tiredness from early morning until bed. Often having a lay down on the sofa. Also she has mentioned having pins and needles in her feet on occasions too
