What Causes Unusual Lower Abdomen And Buttocks Pain?

ok, thank you, I work at a super market and my job is to put the supplies away. Now I have been doing this for quite sometime now and I will be 60 years old soon. But I notice that my lower stomach and my butt has been hurting when I am lifting like for example, 35 boxes of 50 pounds boxes of chicken. Should I be concerned?
