What Causes Unusual Movement And Pain In Lower Abdomen After Prolonged Delay In Periods?

I have been feeling movement in my lower abdomen and sometimes it can be painful. Feels like a baby moving but I know I m not pregnant. I m 44 years old and I ve had my tubes tied. I also didn t have my period for 10 months.Can you tell me what it could possibly be?

Hi,

You should go for a pelvic examination and possibly ultrasound of your abdomen. I could simply be constipation but also fibroma or some such.
