What Causes Unusual Period Pain With Spotting And Bleeding?

Hi,i've been on noriday for10months now.i've had no period for all that time,but this week I got some unusal period pains followed by spotting and bleeding like a normasl period.is it normal?i am a little worried as I had ovarin cystss before after being on noriday for 9months after my second baby.could this be ovarian cysts again? The discomfort and oain are the same as when i had cysts.can you please shed a bit of light on this? Thank you.Jana
