What Causes Unusual Tiredness, Strange Coating On Tongue And Itching Throughout Body?

Over the last few weeks I have been unusually tired, I wake up with a sore throat every morning, and my tongue has a strange coating on it. I've gained 14 lbs within the past two months, although my diet and exercise routine has not changed. Additionally, I have a hard time sleeping as I itch all over as though something is crawling on me. I do not have any rashes and I do not think that I have bed bugs. Any thoughts what might be my issue?

I have gone through your query and can understand your health concerns..

As per your complain it seems to be Fungal infection caused by Candida Species and the condition is known as YEAST SYNDROME or CHRONIC CANDIDIASIS..
It is characterized by a large number of symptoms although all are not evident in every patient..
The symptoms of excessive tiredness, coated tongue and body itching known as Urticaria are part of it..
You should consult a Dermatologist and get a complete evaluation done which will include clinical checkup, blood tests and microscopic examination of the tongue scraping..
In case fungal infection is diagnoses Antifungal oral and topical drugs should be taken for a period of atleast 2 to 3 weeks for relief..
Taking more of probiotics in diet is helpful..
