What Causes Unusual Vaginal Discharges With Backaches?

I dont have my ovaries and fallopian tubes I was 19 had surgery i had serous tumors stage 3 and been fine now i am 32 well yesterday i went to do a bowel movement everything was fine then i wiped my vagina area and it was like poop clumpy and some black little jelly type stuff pretty weird and my backaches i made a gynecologist appt for tommorrow what do u think this is
