What Causes Unusually Light Menstruation, Cramps And Dizzy Spells?

I started my period Sunday and it was so light I barle noticed it then it stopped nothing on my pad just stopped then started up a day or two later was red but I finally had something on my pad not much but some then the same night it went to a brownish color like when I am stopping it but I have been getting these hot flashes like crazy and dizzy spells I am. It as Hungary as I usually am and tired all the time and really really thirsty but back to main question I am a person who goes 7 days and there s not a question if I am on it or not is something wrong with me.? And today I threw up twice after work

Quite clearly you are experiencing a hormonal imbalance. But this is not sufficient to provide a treatment regimen. If you are around the age of 40 years, then this could be pre-menopause. If not, then your symptoms could be related to conditions like polycystic ovarian syndrome, ovarian cysts, fibroid uterus, infections, side effect of medications, etc.

I would urge you to consult an OBGYN doctor for further management, possibly requiring hormonal supplements.
