What Causes Upper Abdomen Pain, Headache And Dizziness?

For the last couple of days I have been experincing bad upper abdominal pain, headache, stomach ache, light headedness, nausia and disiness. I am a 15 year old female. My height is about 5'8" and weight is about 120 lbs. I havent had any receant injuries. Idea? Does this sound serious? Is it neccesay to go to the doctor or hospital?

1. The symptoms could be any infective / inflammatory bowel causes which do gives symptoms headache and nausea.
2.Symptoms does not seems serious, but you need to get some antispasmodic for pain relief.
3.If symptoms does not resolve, you may have to see your GP and get an antibiotic treatment.
4.It could be some abdominal causes which can investigated by an ultrasound scan to rule out pathologies.
