What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain Along With Hand Tremors?

I have been very tired, with a very bloated stomach that hurts, sometimes a sharp pain in upper right by rib-cage, and I am very weak and have a problem with even short amounts of physical activities. I am a 48 year old male and have always been in good health. I have also had memory problems and tremors in my hands. I have just been feeling very out of the ordinary. I would like to know what you think and should I go to a hospital or a specialist?

I'd suggest you see a medicine specialist. Perhaps an ultrasound of the abdomen and a liver function test might be required or perhaps not. Let the physician take a thorough history, do the physical examination and then take a call.
