What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain Along With Vomiting And Profuse Sweating?
I ve had this intermittent upper right quad pain which has been gone for a while and came back yesterday I used to wake at 2:30 AM and vomit but last night I had intense upper abdominal pain with profuse sweating and I felt like I was going to faint. I actually had the fainting feeling once before in the middle of the night when I had diarrhea,I checked my hr with my apple watch and read 39 and was told it was syncope from a valsalva which I didn t think I did and know I didn t last night. My gallbladder was removed before all this bc gallbladder attacks, which this feels like except it lasts longer. I ve had every test and they find nothing. I took dicyclomine for a couple of years and didn t help. Any idea why I have this? It feel really bad, I was afraid I was going to fall off the toilet!
Consult a physician and get evaluated. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. It is better to go for an ECG to rule out cardiac causes even though it is unlikely.
