What Causes Upper Abdominal Pain And Sensation Of Wetting Pants?

I had a very bad stomach pain in my upper abdominal about 3 hours ago. I then went for a drive and on my walk back to my house I felt a wet sensation in my pants, as I continued to walk my pants became more and more wet, however it was not urine. What is wrong with me?

Nothing to worry.
Gastritis and peptic ulcer disease are common and typically cause pain in the upper abdomen, sometimes accompanied by vomiting.

Wet sensation could be due to your anxiety.
